In an update to a story I wrote last year about the surfing Duct Tape Duo published in The Lennox Wave magazine, comes the very sad news that the paraplegic surfer Pascale Honore has passed way.
Pascal was scheduled for admittance to hospital the day after the Lennox surf. This unfortunately made the Duo’s jet-ski assist surf out at Lennox reef the last time Pascale would enter the ocean. Complications with a pressure sore had since seen Pascale with a 10 months brave battle, bed bound in Byron Bay Hospital.
